New Beginnings - Senior Behavioral Health

    Our Approach
People can encounter health problems at any age, but seniors have unique needs and issues that affect them. They can face declining physical abilities, plus mental health concerns. This can include losing loved ones and increased isolation, which can lead to depression and anxiety. Since 2007, our goal has been to help those suffering to safely return to their optimal style of living through a treatment plan that fosters true healing.

At New Beginnings, we know that sometimes a helping hand is all that you need to get your life back on track. Our multi-disciplinary team includes a board-certified psychiatric nurse practitioner, board-certified therapists/counselors, nurse, and unit/transportation clerks who can provide guidance and support while helping navigate your health and lifestyle concerns. We also coordinate each patient’s care with the individual’s primary care physician.

Anyone can refer someone that needs our services. We will complete a free pre-screening assessment. We provide both individual and group therapy. Transportation is available to and from our facility to those who live within a 40-mile radius, at no cost. A morning snack and a noon-time meal are served on treatment days for those in group therapy.

    Payment & Insurance
This is a Medicare Part B program, which means it is necessary to have traditional Medicare, which covers 80% of the cost of the program. Supplemental insurance typically pays the remaining amount.
